We have the best equipment—the Freezing Room is completely computer-controlled, so that low temperatures are maintained and food hygiene is ensured under strict monitoring and control. The processing of carcasses is done with hanging devices, so that blood and water will not remain, and the chances for bacteria to flourish are minimized. After dissecting, the parts of the ducks are automatically classified and packed by the computer according to weights. Operations in every section are monitored and recorded by computers, to ensure the hygiene and safety of all the carcasses and dissected parts.
